What a total scam for the fans! The Colts should be ashamed of themselves for requiring fans to purchase a preseason game in order to get a ticket to a pAcker game.

I agree! what a Scam, thats one way to sell tickets you cant get rid of….by forcing people to buy them if they want to see the Packers & Colts play!

Equally amusing is that Irsay tweeted this morning that sales for tickets for preseason games are “brisk.” If they are so brisk then why the 2 for 1 requirement?

As a Packers fan who came across this news release while determining when tickets for that game go on sale I can say that this is standard practice for ALL nfl teams hosting the Packers as our fans travel well and they feel the can take advantage of that. Sucks as a fan of either team who desires to go to the game but it is a standard scam across the nfl and the buy 2 to get 1 seems only to apply to particular teams games.

I also am a Packers fan that was very unhappy about this announcement. You can buy tickets for just the Packers game, but not until 7pm on Aug 30th….needless to say after they have been picked over. I am waiting to see if the Rams do the same thing for the Packers game. It is only an hour farther for me to go to St Louis then it is to go to Indy.

I, too, am very, very disappointed in the way the Packer tickets are being MISHANDLED! A total ripoff! Hubby and I were heading out the door to buy 14 tickets to that game until I saw this article. I hope it is NOT a sellout. We will watch on TV. Greedy rich people! Irsay does not care about the average football fan, or whomever is responsible for this crazy idea!
