Chudzinski joined the Colts in 2014 as special assistant to the head coach. He holds over 20 years of coaching experience, including 11 seasons in the NFL. Chudzinski was the head coach of the Cleveland Browns in 2013 after serving two previous stints with the team in 2004 and from 2007-08. He also served as offensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers (2011-12) and the Browns (2007-08) and was the assistant head coach/tight ends with the San Diego Chargers (2009-2010).
