Titans

-The Titans had the final bye week of the 2012 NFL season

Texans 43, Jaguars 37, OT

-Hoping for their first win since Week 3 of the season, the Jaguars were victim of a fourth quarter comeback and an overtime win by the Texans. Jaguars quarterback Chad Henne relieved injured starter Blaine Gabbert and turned in a career day with 354 yards and four touchdowns. Jacksonville carried the lead for a majority of the final three quarters and led by 14 points with over five minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. Jaguars rookie wide receiver Justin Blackmon had the best game of his rookie season with 13 catches for 236 yards and a touchdown.

Texans 43, Jaguars 37, OT

-The Texans continue to find ways to win and that explains Houston finding themselves atop the AFC. Texans quarterback Matt Schaub threw for 527 yards, the second most in NFL history and five touchdowns. Houston wide receiver Andre Johnson turned in a career performance of 14 catches for 273 yards and a touchdown. Down 34-20 with under six minutes left in the fourth quarter, the Texans forced overtime behind a pair of touchdown passes from Schaub to tight end Garrett Graham. In overtime, the teams traded field goals before Johnson took a screen pass 48 yards for the winning score with just over two minutes remaining in overtime.
