Each week will take a look at the rest of the AFC South and review the previous weekend’s games.

Jaguars 24, Titans 19

-Coming off a bye week, the Titans playoff chances took a big hit with Tennessee not being able to overcome a slim defecit all afternoon for the Jaguars. Tennessee got four field goals from kicker Rob Bironas but it was the inability to convert those red zone opportunities into touchdowns that plagued the Titans offense. Tennessee did set a season-high with seven sacks of Jaguars quarterback Chad Henne.

NEXT GAME: Houston, Sunday at 1:00 EST

Jaguars 24, Titans 19

-The Jaguars got their second win of the season on Sunday by staving off the Titans. Jacksonville grabbed a late first quarter lead behind a one-yard touchdown run by running back Rashad Jennings and didn’t give up the lead from there. Jaguars quarterback Chad Henne threw a pair of second half touchdowns and Jacksonville was able to run out a majority of the clock following a Titans touchdown to cut the lead to 21-19 with 4:52 remaining. The Jaguars defense picked off Titans quarterback Jake Locker twice.

NEXT GAME: @Buffalo, Sunday at 1:00 EST

Texans 34, Lions 31, OT

-The cardiac kids once again struck as the Texans won their second straight overtime game, this one coming away from home on Thanksgiving. Houston fought back from a 10-point second half deficit and sent the game into overtime with running back Arian Foster scoring from one-yard out with just under two minutes to play. Houston kicker Shayne Graham and Lions kicker Jason Hansen both missed overtime field goals but it was Graham who redeemed himself with a 32-yard game-winner with 2:21 left in overtime.

NEXT GAME: @Tennessee, Sunday at 1:00 EST.
